JOB DESCRIPTION
The Cat Loft Attendant is the primary care taker and responsible for the health & welfare of the cats and kittens in the general cat population which includes the Cat Loft and Kitty Korner. This is done by maintaining a clean living environment, observing the cat’s behavior and by providing routine medical care as instructed by the Shelter Veterinarian. The Cat Loft Attendant is also the primary adoption counselor and works with perspective adopters to find homes that are compatible for both the cat and the adopter. Desired candidate would not have allergies to cats, would be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds at a time several times per day and have reliable transportation. Candidate must be able to follow established cleaning procedures, works well with others and enjoys helping animals in need.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Isolation Area Attendant is the primary care taker for the cats and kittens in the isolation area of the shelter. The Iso Attendant is responsible for the health, welfare and daily cleaning for the cats housed in these rooms, daily laundry, administering vaccines and medical treatment as prescribed by the Shelter Veterinarian. Desired candidate would not have allergies to cats, would be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds at a time several times per day and have reliable transportation. Candidate must be able to follow established cleaning procedures, works well with others and enjoys helping animals in need.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The APL has an opening for a full-time, on site volunteer coordinator. The volunteer coordinator will be responsible for the daily management, training and supervision of on site shelter and clinic volunteers. Additionally, the volunteer coordinator is responsible for organizing volunteers for fundraisers and community events, off-site adoption events and foster homes. Interested persons should possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills. An ideal candidate would have past volunteer management experience and have knowledge of Microsoft Office products and other Windows based applications.
