To notify us of a lost pet or a found stray, please use the email template below. 

To help us be able to match lost and found animals, please provide as much of the following information as possible.

Animal type: Dog / Cat / Puppy / Kitten

Male or Female

Color and any markings

Collar color and type (if wearing one)

Any tag information, such as rabies number and year

Microchip information  (Any vet clinic, shelter, or animal control facility can scan for a microchip.)

Location found, or location pet is missing from

Your contact information

It is VERY helpful to post color flyers with a picture of your lost pet. Post them all around the area where your pet was lost ... also post the flyers in vet clinics, animal control, and shelters. Color flyers can be made from your photo at places like Kinko's and other office supply stores.

For found pets, you can place a free ad in most newspapers. When you place the ad, don't give every detail about the pet in the ad. Ask the caller to give you specific details about the pet, to make sure it is truly the owner, and not someone trying to fake being the rightful owner.
