Chili Supper and
Paw Paw Patch Bazaar!
APL's Chili Supper is October 29 and you can dine-in or carry-out! And our Paw Paw Patch Bazaar will be there too! This is a great way to get your yearly dose of delicious chili, start your Christmas shopping early, and help out sick and injured, homeless animals at the same time.
Chili Supper
The Animal Protective League (APL) and Maribis of Springfield present the annual APL Chili Supper and Paw Paw Patch Bazaar on Sunday, October 29th, at the Columbian Grand Hall, 2200 Meadowbrook Road, in Springfield. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Tickets are $12 per person and can be purchased online or at the event. Each ticket includes a bowl of chili (with or without meat), choice of one side consisting of either a hot dog or cornbread, choice of dessert and a drink. Participants may dine-in or carry out their meals.
The annual Paw Paw Patch Bazaar will offer baked goods and many unique and seasonal craft items. The new Fall APL clothing line will be for sale and the organization will also be taking orders for Christmas greenery, which is sold each year to support APL and its programs. All proceeds from the annual Chili Supper and Paw Paw Bazaar benefit APL homeless cats and dogs.
APL will also have adoptable animals within the Mobile Adoption Unit (MAU) from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Do you love to bake or enjoy making crafts? APL is seeking donations of both baked goods for the bake sale and craft items for the Paw Paw Bazaar. Donations may be dropped at the Columbian Grand Hall, 2200 Meadowbrook Road on Saturday, October 28th from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. and also Sunday, October 29 th from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m.
