NOTE: Limit of 2 dogs, per household, per month. Please reach out to us if you need to schedule more than 3 cats. Pre-payment may be required for multiple appointments.

DOG OWNERS: PRE-PAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL DOG APPOINTMENTS. We will reach out to you via email and/or text message within 24 hours of booking to pre-pay for the surgery fee. Payment is due within one week of booking. If you do not receive an email or text from us, please contact us to ensure we have your correct information. We will cancel your appointment request if pre-payment has not been received within 7 days of scheduling. Pre-payments are refundable provided you cancel your appointment at least 2 business days in advance.

Booking community cats (outdoor friendly unowned cats)? Please read our Feral & Community Cat page and select LION as species when booking.

​Cancellation/no-show policy: If you cannot make it to your appointment, PLEASE let us know at least one business day in advance so that we can fill your appointment with another needy pet. In the event you no-show for an appointment, we will require pre-payment to reschedule. Appointment requests may be rejected for repeat no-show clients.
