New surgery appointments open every other Tuesday at 9am. Please be prompt! Appointments fill in 15 minutes or less.

Tuesday, 1/6 - 9am: booking Jan. 12-23
Tuesday, 1/20 - 9am: booking Jan. 26-Feb. 6

​Please call us if your pet has pyometra (uterine infection) and needs to be spayed ASAP - (217) 789-7729.​​​

Dog appointment information

We have appointments for ~20 dog surgeries per week. These spots will fill very, very quickly.

Limit of 2 dogs per household per month.

Prepayment is required for all dog appointments within 3 days of booking.​​​

We will reach out to you via text message for prepayment. Prepayment is required or the appointment will be declined.

Prepayments are refundable if you cancel your appointment at least 2 business days in advance.

Prepayments will be forfeited if you no-show for your appointment.

Cat appointment information
-
All friendly cats require an appointment. Walk-ins are not accepted for tame cats, regardless of ownership status.

Appointments are limited to 3 cats per household per week at this time.

Prepayment may be required when booking 3 cats for the same day.

Got outdoor cats?

Friendly outdoor cats (tame, pettable, can be placed in a carrier) should be scheduled online.​​

We're booking ~1-2 weeks out. Call if cats are pregnant and can't wait that long.

Walk-in feral cats in live traps may come one at a time, Monday-Thursday between 8-8:30am.

NO WALK-INS ON FRIDAYS.

Walk-in appointments are for feral (un-handleable, wild) cats only. Tame cats arriving as walk-ins may be sent home and scheduled for a later date.

We strongly suggest calling our office a few days before you begin trapping to verify days of operation. On days one or both vets are absent we will not accept walk-in cats.

If you'd like to trap multiple cats for the same surgery day, call us for appointment availability.

​Cancellation/no-show policy: If you cannot make it to your appointment, PLEASE let us know at least 2 business days in advance so that we can fill your appointment with another needy pet. Prepayments will be required for all clients with prior no-show appointments.​​​​​​​
